Meanwhile, we've received 6 offers.  The asset manager has requested "best and final" offers, including "AS IS" condition and "seller's choice of services".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It never ceases to astound me when the buyer's agent making an offer on a bank owned property tries to specify his preferred Escrow and Title company in the contract.  In a market like we have today, with well-priced REOs attracting multiple offers, there is only the smallest chance that the bank would accept such conditions.
