Video of the Inside of this REO

Ok, I promised video, even though we now have multiple offer above asking and strong cash offers....

So take a look at the inside and the back yard - great lot!

Multiple Offers - Best and Final Requested

Well, the video of the inside of the house, and the awesome yard, is still uploading. Meanwhile, we've received 6 offers. The asset manager has requested "best and final" offers, including "AS IS" condition and "seller's choice of services".

It never ceases to astound me when the buyer's agent making an offer on a bank owned property tries to specify his preferred Escrow and Title company in the contract. In a market like we have today, with well-priced REOs attracting multiple offers, there is only the smallest chance that the bank would accept such conditions. The net effect is to make his client's offer less attractive, cumbersome, and, dare I say it, annoying.

New Bank Owned - Pre-Listing Flash

This one is vacant and ready for market - just waiting for the final agreement from the bank, and a price!

Basic info:
This home was originally 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and about 1200 square feet. It's on a large 7,285 square foot lot, with block walls around the entire back yard, and a gate to the rear alley. Several unpermitted rooms have been added to the back part of the house. There is an attached 2-car garage with no direct access to the house. There are several mature fruit trees in the yard.
